SIMA (SIPCOT Irungattukottai Manufacturers Association) was founded in the year 2010. The objective was to create an interface with the Key Departments of Central and State Governments, to redress the grievances of all unit holders in the Estate.

Invite Experts to address unit holders and create an awareness on various subjects of interest.

Work in union with SIPCOT for improvements to the Infrastructure of our Complex. Working relationship with other SIPCOT Manufacturers Association for addressing related common issues.

Associating with other Industrial bodies like CII, TANSTIA, AIEMA, ASSOCHAM, ACMA, NIQR etc., to be part of Policy Recommendation Committees to Governments.

CSR, Skill Development Activities etc., are a part of the prime objectives of SIMA.

Over the years SIMA has established itself significantly amongst the Industrial Bodies, and its stand and views on various issues sought after. It's a leading estate in the Chennai, Bangalore Industrial Corridor.

Presently SIMA has 90 Company's as their active members in the Association including large Corporates like Hyundai Motor India Limited, Schwing Stetter India Pvt Ltd, JKM Automotive Ltd and Asahi India Glass Ltd etc.,

The Office bearers and Executive committee of SIMA are duly elected or nominated through a democratic process, as laid out in The Articles of the Association.

SIMA has grown exponentially, thanks to the support of Governments both in The State and at The Centre, Unit Holders, Members and Well Wishers. SIMA's views are sought in Framing Regulatory Measures or Policies of the Governments.
